I failed to write the essay in the time limit as I have not practiced for a long time. I realized that I should improve my writing skills and take a good time management. 

By taking lesson on the cultural adaption, I discovered that I may suffer honeymoon stage which i still feel happy and curious to the culture of York. 

I have learnt that how should we recover the slump stage which arriving to the new environment. Such as seeking advice from teacher, classmates or academic advisor, opening my mind.
