It was established by  Hernan  Cortes  in the year  1521.
It was established  after the defeat   of Mexico. - Tenochitlan and the Aztec Empire by  the troops of  Hernan Cortes. It existed between  the XV and XIX centuries and its first Viceroy was Antonio de Mendoza and Pacheco.
The abolition  of the Viceroyalty  occurred with the declaration of the Constitution of  Cadiz 1812, this was  promulgated and sworn in New Spain  on September 30, 1812.
CONCLUTION:
The submission of the Aztec Empire by the Spanish and founding a new city the capital of the Viceroyalty of New Spain. They made us lose our roots.

CONCLUTION:

EL MAÍZ:
Las alhóndigas y pósitos en la Nueva España se fundaron durante la Época colonial y se establecieron principalmente en las ciudades importantes y en los reales de minas productivos... Las autoridades coloniales prohibieron la reventa del maíz alrededor de 1550 y fomentaron su cultivo en los pueblos IndÍgenas.
En la época colonial, el maíz fue utilizado como pago  de tributo para ser vendido con aumento de precio, que va ascendiendo de un tiempo a otro y de un lugar a otro; esto era motivo de mucha indignación de la sociedad indígena.
EL MAÍZ:
El maíz no se siembra en semillero sino mediante la siembra directa. La época de siembra del maíz ideal es desde Abril hasta principios de Junio. La técnica de sembrado es la conocida como "a golpes" con unos hoyos de 3 cm aproximados de profundidad.

CONCLUCIONES:
Hoy en día el maíz es uno de los cereales más importantes del mundo, suministra elementos nutritivos a los seres humanos, a los animales y es una materia prima básica en la industria.
