it made me think this... How does fear originate and how does it affect us. What causes us to have fear and what made it strong. Why was the paper I was reading relevant to the questions I just stated. My first blog was to specific and didn't really have much direction.

this would be the beginning of my research as I would start with why we have fear. Where does fear come from.
challenged: This was the real start of the project and I need to off of this idea and start.
related to: This is still related to my central idea as it talks about the evolution of fear. From its primitive form.
This lead me to think..... of how might I can transition from my start to a more specific idea. This blog I talk about where fear comes from but this the goal was to talk about why fear affects us and how does it affect us. And how fear related conditions is related to fear and why we have them. It also lead me to think about conditions related to fear and the relationship between the area's of the brain.

this built on the questions I had on the last blog which was why we experience fear related conditions and why we have them. Additionally, it also was on why fear is such a powerful emotion and affects us so adversely.
challenged:
Related to the last blog as the it continues to build on what it had to offer.

The amygdala plays an important role in how the brain perceive fear. And it also can mean a lot of other things. That part of the brain can greatly influence how we feel and so the size of the brain can mean more or less anxiety. Additionally, the prefrontal cortex is there to be able regulate the amygdala. This means that our development of the prefrontal cortex is crucial for our regulation of our emotions.

What inference or conclusion can you draw based on evidence?
This lead me to think..... About the functions of the brain and how different parts of the brain affects how we perceive fear. Specifically about what causes us to remember it. Lastly, I want to see how fear changes or develops when we age.

Also this research also made me realize that fear is quiet beneficial and actually very useful

It will wrap up what I have done in a more positive outlook. I also want to develop my idea's in my blog more so they can be more impactful and meaningful.
