         <description><![CDATA[<div>Unhealthy eating can lead to cancer in many ways because it causes obesity, which increases the risk of cancer. Obesity is cause by eating unhealthy foods that are high in calories. When your body takes in more calories than needed, it cause obesity. The human body has a certain amount of calories that can be put into the body, and if you have too much the excess calories will get stored into your liver, muscles and fat cells. The excess calories will cause your excess fat stores to expand, which causes you to gain weight and lead to obesity.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div> Obesity causes many types of cancers such as esophagus, pancreas, and kidney cancer. Once people pass a certain place in terms of high weight and low activity level, the pancreas can’t produce enough insulin to keep the levels of blood sugar and blood fat under normal control. NAFLD (Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease) appears to develop when the liver, which normally helps to process the amount of sugar and fat in the blood, becomes worse and starts storing excess fat in its own liver cells. </div>]]></description>

Many things count as exercise, including walking, gardening and dancing.</li><li>Make exercise a habit by setting&nbsp; a time to go each day. Try going to the gym or for a walk after meals. Try doing it at the same time each day.</li></ul><div>Eat healthy:<br><br></div><ul><li>Make fruits and vegetables a part of every meal. Put fruit on your cereal. Eat vegetables as a snack.</li><li>Avoid red meat. Try choosing chicken or fish instead.</li><li>Choose whole-grain cereal, brown rice and whole-wheat bread.</li><li>Choose dishes made with olive or canola oil. These oils are high inhealthy fats.</li><li>Cut down on fast food and store-bought snacks (like cookies, chips), which are high in bad fats (saturated, trans).</li></ul><div>Doing these easy things can prevent cancer and change you life forever in positive ways!</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>
