         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li> Are you using an existing template for sub plans?</li><li>Do you have emergency sub plans and if so, how many days worth?</li></ol><div><br></div><div>I am hoping to standardize the sub folders in the office to be strictly emergency plans.  I would like teachers to have at least 3 days of plans in the folder along with pertinent class info, schedules, emergency, IEP/504/Allergy, and any tech directions.  The lessons should be stand-alone and able to be implemented at any time during the year.  </div><div><br></div><div>For a planned absence, teachers would just create a lesson plan and materials for the day and include class info, schedules, emergency, IEP/504/Allergy, and any tech directions.  This would be found on the teacher's desk in the classroom.  </div><div><br><br></div><div>3.  Is this a good plan?  What are issues or ways to improve it?</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>
