o    The site should be simple, uncluttered and act as a source of high level, up to date information about different RSP teams alongside signposting to other domain sites and commonly used resources

         Content

o    Team subsites containing:

§  responsibilities (2-3 short bullet points) and a photo of each member

§  one summary slide deck outlining team’s role/strategy/main activities

§  links to common team resources

§  (Note – this includes all teams across RSP including EA group)

o    Links to common RSP resources

§  SAP sites

§  other domain sites (BIU, SPEE, RIFD)

§  common resources (Analysis for Insight, funding log, GTR, T&S guidance, extranet, Science Areas A-Z site, corporate slide set, etc.)

o    Summary slides from RSP monthly meeting

o    Folder for RSP surgery presentations/outputs

o    A ‘How do I…?’ section with links to common queries (booking travel, putting a call on the funding log etc.) and/or new starters guide document

         Structure

o    A new SharePoint site with a link on the BBSRC Portal homepage

o    Subsite links on the first page kept to a minimum to avoid it becoming cluttered and unusable/difficult to maintain

         Management

o    All RSP members to have editing rights

o    Responsibility for maintenance of information on each team folder held by individuals on each team and updated after each APDR (mid-term and annual)

o    Responsibility on all to fix broken links, or add new links as appropriate

o    RSP monthly meeting slides to be added by presenters and deleted every six months (need to find out if they can be set to auto delete)

o    A review schedule for content (every 6 months?)
