Substantively integrate SRHR, GBV, and HP deliverables into the new Gender Action Plan with substantive targets and clear means of implementation;

Mandate a technical dialogue on SRHR and GBV at the 64th and 66th Session of the Subsidiary Body Meeting (SB64 and SB66) in Bonn by June 2026 and 2027, with a review at the Global Stocktake in 2028; 

Request Submission from Parties on the Impact of Climate Change on SRHR and GBV, Response Measures and Identified Gaps, ahead of the technical dialogue at SB64 and the COP31; 

Continue advocating for stronger integration of SRHR and GBV within the Belem Health Action Plan, specifically across its priorities on health equity, climate justice, and social participation, and throughout all three action lines.

Promote the inclusion of measurable SRHR and GBV indicators in the Global Goal on Adaptation (GGA) to support intersectional gender-transformative climate action.

Just Energy Transition: Accelerate a just and gender-responsive energy transition that ensures equitable governance and access to clean, affordable, and reliable energy for all, considering both productive and reproductive needs. Promote a holistic and just transition across all sectors impacted by climate action, ensuring no communities or workers are left behind, with particular attention to gender equality and SRHR outcomes.

Nature-based Solutions: Support and implement nature-based solutions that are rights-based, gender-responsive, while ethically and equitably engaging relevant   indigenous, traditional, and local knowledge.

Migration and Conflict: Promote integrated, multisectoral approaches to simultaneously address climate-induced displacement, conflict, and SRHR challenges. This will ensure sustainable solutions for affected populations, with special attention to GBV prevention and SRHR servicè continuity.

Ensure continued access to services, including contraceptive and family planning, for populations impacted by climate hazards, especially  climate migrants without access to formal health services.

Strengthen early warning and anticipatory actions for climate disasters, ensuring the provision of essential SRHR and GBV and HP response services through pre-positioning of SRHR supplies, activating cash transfers and other relevant interventions before, during, and after climate-induced extreme events. Priorize groups in vulnerable situations, utilizing the Minimum Initial Service Package (MISP) for SRHR  as a pre- and post-disaster tool.

Prioritize gender-transformative social protection systems that include SRHR services, GBV prevention, and care infrastructure. These are essential components of climate resilience planning and financing, considering impacts of ongoing and emergency demands.

Explore and invest in innovative digital health solutions and mobile technologies to ensure continuity of SRHR services, enhance data collection, and facilitate rapid response in climate-impacted and fragile settings.

Coordinate all climate action efforts, including- mitigation, adaptation, disaster risk reduction, emergency response, resilience-building, and addressing loss & damage.

Adopt integrated policies and programs, and implement cross-sectoral partnerships.

Ensure climate solutions do not exacerbate existing inequalities or create new vulnerabilities.

Prevent the creation of sacrifice zones and climate gentrification in lower-income and marginalized communities, with a special focus on indigenous peoples, ethnic minorities, and people of African descent.
