Jona is practicing tracing basic shapes and is beginning to show more control and focus during these activities. He is learning how to sort and match objects by colour and shape and benefits from gentle reminders and hands-on practice. Recognition of numbers, shapes, and letters is emerging, and with continued exposure and encouragement, Jona will continue to build confidence and understanding in these areas.

Jonathan is developing auditory and listening skills and continues to make steady progress. He is developing his listening skills more and to instructions and he is learning to follow them with increasing consistency. Jona enjoys listening to stories and is beginning to recall and discuss simple details. He is developing the ability to interpret different sounds in the environment and show enthusiasm during music and singing activities. Jona is beginning to communicate more confidently with peers, often using short sentences, and is starting to ask questions to express curiosity. With continued encouragement and opportunities for listening and conversation, Jona will further strengthen these important communication and auditory skills.

He can recognise some numbers and is working toward writing them correctly and counting with greater accuracy. Counting forwards to 100 and backwards from 30 is still developing, and he benefits from extra support and practice in these areas. Jonathan is developing his gross-motor skills. He is becoming stronger and more coordinated every day. He is developing skills like jumping rope, skipping, and playing hopscotch, and his throwing and kicking is becoming more controlled.

His is gaining confidence with equipment like bats and rackets and loves tackling obstacle courses. Balancing on one leg is still a bit tricky, but with practice, Jona will keep building strength and stability while having fun.
