Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a rapidly advancing technology, made possible by the Internet, that may soon have significant impacts on our everyday lives. AI traditionally refers to an artificial creation of human-like intelligence that can learn, reason, plan, perceive, or process natural language. These traits allow AI to bring immense socioeconomic opportunities, while also posing ethical and socio-economic challenges.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is an area of computer science that emphasizes the creation of intelligent machines that work and reacts like humans. Some of the activities computers with artificial intelligence are designed for include: Speech recognition.

AI works by combining large amounts of data with fast, iterative processing and intelligent algorithms, allowing the software to learn automatically from patterns or features in the data.

They are able to perform dangerous tasks that can be a threat to human health.

Can work 24/7 – as they are machines, they don’t need to take rests/breaks in between. (Benefits & Risks of Artificial Intelligence - Future of Life Institute, 2020)

Modern AI starts with the attempts of classical philosopher to characterize human thought as a symbolic method. Yet the field of AI was not officially created until 1956, when the term "artificial intelligence" was coined at a conference in Dartmouth College, Hanover, New Hampshire.
Yet it wasn't that easy to create an artificially smart being. The public funds and investment in the sector have been reduced after many studies have been criticized for advancing in AI – the "AI winter" period between 1974 and 2008.
The scene later revived in the 1980s when the British government partly began to refinance it to compete with the efforts of the Japanese government.
In a competition created by British mathematician, and computer scientist Alan Turing, in 1950 to decide whether an engine is intelligent, the speaking machine "chatboot" Eugene Gostman attracted headlines for tricking judges in believing it was a real skin-and-blood human.
Yet the achievement was controversial with artificial intelligence experts suggesting that one-third of the judges had been abused and stating that it was a youth who spoke English as a second language who could answer certain questions.
(Writer, 2020)

Artificial Intelligence and technology are one of the facets of life that often draw us and confuse us with new ideas. AI is not always used like the films (i.e. smart robots), but there are several significant attempts to achieve the stage and perform, such as some of the robots on TV. Nevertheless, secret ventures and industrial enterprise growth. By the end of the job, we were interested in the AI concepts, brief context, public AI applications, military AI applications, AI ethics, and the three robotic rules.
