Studying fruits is how they make shapes. Shapes fall in 2 categories: Geometric or Organic. Geometric shapes are squares, hexagons, rectangles, circles. Organic shapes are "free form or one of a kind". Simplifying objects into geometric and organic shapes makes brewing them easier. Some shapes have lines, heavy lines, others have fuzzy soft lines.
