I really appreciated the way Ms. Davey lead prayer and had students focus on the color of the day and do some meditation to center themselves and prepare for class. The students also were in the middle of writing an essay, and I loved how Ms. Davey incorporated play to give them a bit of a brain break and build relationships.

I learned a lot from Mr. Molnar's materials for walking students through multiple design projects at once. Using one rubric with similar points across projects is something that I do in some of my classes, and his gave me ideas of what other categories I could include. I also love the idea of students passing one project to another group mid-way, so they can work on more ideas and also learn to clearly communicate their ideas to another group.
