         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Students must embrace the opportunity to learn something new and release the fear of looking silly in front of their peers.<br>2. We as adults should applaud the students efforts more when they have given their best, even if the best wasn't  an A performance.<br>3. We should reinforce that  when constructive criticism is given, it is not a direct attack on the students effort, but on the work that was done on the first attempt.</div>]]></description>
