I think I can connect to the feelings of uncertainty when crisis or the need to re-evaluate happens.
I also think, that change takes time, patience, and reflection. I think change is important to help adults and children continue to grow and learn new things. I also think you can learn a lot about yourself it can be a time of growth and change. Though this was not a crisis, I think back to when I first became a mom. That changed me, it was difficult, but I also learned a ton about myself and was able to self reflect, prioritize and have a better understanding of what I truly need to be happy and successful. Sometimes difficult situations help us push ourselves into new ideas and opportunities, or even allow ourselves to take more risk

I can definitely relate to feelings of uncertainty. I have felt those feelings at certain points of my life and they push me to make a change that I needed to make. Crisis leads to change and change is important and necessary. You learn about yourself and grow through change and crisis.

Crisis like failure is an opportunity to learn and reflect. If approached with an attitude of learning and self-reflection, it can lead to growth. I see a lot of students and adults who do not possess the skills to deal with crisis and become stuck/unable to proceed.

Crisis is hard to deal with. As humans change is often hard for many including myself. I was in "crisis" two different times and both times I changed jobs. Out of college I didn't get a teaching job right away so I ended up becoming an appraiser for the county I live in. After the retirement of an amazing boss things got tough and very political in our office. I decided then I was too young to have a job I hated. So I left a full time job, and started substitute teaching. I was scared to death as we had a young child, mortgage etc. Best decision I ever made. I got a full time job teaching two months later. Then I left that job for a job closer to home again after a retirement and some policies I didn't agree with. Again it brought me to an amazing position and more opportunities. Crisis for me is uncomfortable but it has always brought me better things!
