         <description><![CDATA[<div>I want to increase my pushups from 5 to 10. I can find someone to do an upper body workout at least 4 days a week. I will also schedule a time for my activity(7-8am,2-3pm,7-8pm). I will use my fitness journal to know how many times I've done an upper body workout for that week. I will find time to do a few reps on my hand held weights in between classes. I will find more time to make me available to get more time to workout by being productive in my homework right away instead of procrastinating. This will help me achieve my goal by June 1st.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I want to increase my sleep from 6 to at least 8 hours of sleep a night. I can set a reminder on my phone to start getting ready for bed. Also, I will get off my phone an hour before I sleep. I can measure my progress by using my apple watch to track my sleep using the ‘sleep’ function. I will also  turn off all the lights and close the door to shut out the light and noise. I will drink a cup of water before bed too. I can also set a reminder to remind myself what time I need to sleep by. And, I will be productive in my schoolwork and get my work done before it gets too late.This will help me to achieve my goal by June 1st.</div>]]></description>

I can also use melatonin. I can have reminders set up to tell me when to sleep. There are sleep tracking apps that help with knowing how long you slept. I can do this in the matter of 3 weeks.</div>]]></description>

I plan on doing this by getting a gym membership and a workout buddy who will go to the gym with me three times a week from monday thru friday for atleast an hour. At the gym, I will be focusing on using the treadmill and bicycles. I will start next week and continue to discipline myself until June 1st.          <description><![CDATA[<div>I can try to not procrastinate and do my work early maybe before 10pm I can again record and track the amount of sleep i have in a planner Yes the goal is an action i can take like i said some actions i can take is by recording my daily sleep. Something that might prevent me from achieving this goal is my bad habit of procrastinating. I can overcome this by maybe planning meetings with my friends and we can come together and stay productive together and do our work. I've been keeping track by noting when I put in money and how much I put in so I know how close I am from completing my goal.          <description><![CDATA[<div>My goal is to do more mountain climbers maybe 5 reps. I can do more planks and start off by trying to do 30 second mountain climbers once everyday. I can record how long I'm able to do it on a planner of my own. Yes the goal is an action i can take like i said some actions i can take is by recording my daily exercise and physical activity i do. I think my mood and lack of motivation depending on what type of day it is for me can prevent me from achieving my goal. I can overcome it maybe by listening to some motivation music that i have and or motivational videos to uplift myself and stay active.          <description><![CDATA[<div>My fitness goal is to increase the steps I walk a day from 10,000 to 15,000 by June 1st. I will know I have achieved my goal when I walk 15,000 steps consistently and use my phone to track my steps. I am going to try to walk everyday for at least an hour to build my endurance. I will measure my steps and increase my time throughout the time I am doing this. Weather will probably be an obstacle, but I will dress according to the weather in order to achieve my goal.  I think this is a doable goal because I can walk no matter where I am, and as the weather warms up, I will be inclined to go outside and walk more. I will start Monday, March 8th, and I plan to achieve this by the 1st of June. </div>]]></description>

I will know I have achieved my goal by consistently reading a book a week and measuring the pages in the book I’m reading to be done in a week. I am going to choose a book and read it, as I normally would. Then, I will slowly reduce the time it takes by dividing the number of pages by the time I want it to take me until I reach a week. One obstacle I will face is planning my time with everything else I have going on, so I plan to set a time for when to read, regardless of the rest of the stuff I have to do. I think this is a doable goal because I am used to reading and I enjoy it, so I think this will just be something I can add to my daily life to improve my reading skills. I will start Monday, March 8th, and I plan to achieve this by the 1st of June. </div>]]></description>

What stops me from going outside is based on the amount of hw I have, so on the days I have less hw I’ll walk outside. My phone keeps track on how much I walk. About 8 bottles (16.9 fl oz) makes a gallon so I will keep track of how many I drink every 2 hours on the notes app on my phone. I always keep my water right next me so I'll constantly be reminded.          <description><![CDATA[<div>I would like to get 9 hours of sleep each night for a month and see how it affects me, both physically and mentally. To achieve this goal, I will make sure I get my homework done as soon as I finish my classes at 1:30 and try to get to bed by 11pm.I will do this for a month because if I achieve this goal it will become a consistent habit. Trying to get at least 9 hours of sleep isn't that big of a reach. By going to bed at around 11 every night and waking up at 8:00, I should be able to get around 9 hours of sleep. I will set my alarm clock for when I should wake up and  when I should STOP using my phone. I will also set time limits of only 40 mins on social media apps.          <description><![CDATA[<div>My goal is to improve my muscular endurance. More specifically I want to be able to hold a plank from 3 minutes to 5 minutes. I'm going to try to practice my planks four times a week at 4:30 pm, every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sundays. My plan to achieve this goal is to do exercises such as push ups, wall sits, squats, and planks. I will do planks every morning and night for as long as I can and hopefully I will be able to improve and it will become easier to do.  This goal is realistic because it isn't very time consuming to train to improve on muscular endurance and as long as I follow my plan everyday. With practice and doing exercises, I should be able to hold a plank for 5 minutes. I would like to accomplish this goal by the end of April 2021.</div>]]></description>

I would have to do other exercises such as planks, v-ups, and leg raises in order to gain more abdominal strength. In order to accomplish this goal I will workout 4 times a week. I can workout on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays for a minimum of 40 mins.I will set reminders on my phone in order to remember to workout. Also, I can attempt to increase the number of curl-ups by one or two every time I workout. In addition to this, I will keep my phone away from me while I workout in order to prevent myself from getting distracted. </div>]]></description>

I can continuously track my screen time and set limits to decrease it. Further, I will set app limits on my social media apps so that I am not on them for long periods of time. I can measure my progress through apps such as Sleep Cycle and Sleep Watch. Through these apps I can track how many hours I am sleeping every night. Further, I can set alarms on these apps to remind me to sleep and wake up on time. In order to achieve this goal, I must control my binge watching habits. I usually spend hours just watching which prevents me from going to sleep on time. Therefore, I will stop watching 1 hour prior to the time I plan on going to sleep. Also, I’ll lower the number of episodes I watch from 6 to 3. </div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My fitness goal is to increase my pushups from 0 to 3. (Proper Form).  I will need to work out at least 4-5 times a week targeting my upper body. I will start off with moderated pushups and do 3 reps of 10. I will also do 3 reps of 10 hand-release pushups, 2 30 second planks, 3 reps of 20 triceps dips and so on so that I can build sufficient strength in my arms, core, and upper body altogether. Every month I will strive to do at least 1 more proper form pushups then the month before so by June 1st I will reach my designated goal of 3 pushups(proper form.) Something that can prevent me from achieving my goal can be not seeing change in my ability to do proper pushups. This can be very unmotivating especially since i am not unable to  see direct success, however being consistent with my workouts is key and is something that will definitely help in the long run and come June. </div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I want to increase my stamina in running. By June 1st I want to be able to run 2 miles non stop. I need to go to  the track field and run every other day or every day to build stamina. My progress can be measured through seeing how many laps I can go everyday without feeling the need to stop or feeling overly exhausted. I know I have achieved my goal when I am able to run a full two miles non stop. I can first start off with 800 meters, non stop, in a medium jog pace. Each day or every other day I can add 400 more meters. After school I can go to the track field and jog around the track or water front. Or I can run every morning before school starts. I can set an alarm as a reminder so I can get my daily exercise. If the weather does not permit i can use this time to do cardio workouts at home for 30 minutes. </div><div><br></div>]]></description>

In order to achieve this goal I will be visiting Chloe Ting’s website and trying out her programs which can last from one to two months. The programs include warm up workouts as well as videos to follow for the day. If I have too much to do on a certain day or don’t feel motivate, I will find fun alternative ways to do exercise such as dancing to Just Dance. On Sunday’s, I want to go on early runs/ walks around my neighborhood as well before starting my week.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I would like to build on my muscular endurance by increasing the amount of time I do forearm planks from 90 seconds to 210 seconds. I will go about reaching this goal by working out at 4 times a week for about an hour after school. This workout will consist of 3 reps of 5 push ups,  2 reps of 25 curl ups, and AMRAP of mountain climbers in 2 minutes. At the end of each week, I should be able to hold a forearm plank for 30 seconds more than the week prior. I will have completed this goal by June 1st.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I want to manage my time better in order to have extra time for productive hobbies and for myself. I will begin to use an agenda in order to write all the work I have to do. I will also set alarms in order to make sure that I’m following my agenda. For instance, I will have an alarm for when to start my homework, when I have a break  (in order to start a hobby like baking, reading, etc).  I will measure my progress through my agenda. I will be able to check my “to-do list” after they’re done and only then will I have the rest of the day to myself in order to be productive. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My personal goal is to apply to at least 24 scholarships. To actively achieve this goal, I will search sites such as: Bold.org and/or Scholarship Points, to see which scholarships I am eligible for and list them down. For an hour every weekday, I will work on two scholarships and submit them by the end of each week. I will try to make the time I work on my essay consistent and set reminders everyday to work on it. To ensure that I complete my goal, I will turn off my phone and seclude myself to avoid any distractions. I can measure this goal by submitting 2 scholarships each week and at the end month having submitted at least 8 scholarships. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My goal is to gain cardiovascular endurance by going on a 30-minute jog 3 times a week. I’ve been waking up early recently, so I plan to set an alarm at 6 am, leave home at 6:25, jog for 15 minutes, and then jog back for another 15 minutes. This will give me time to come home and shower before classes start.I will go on jogs 3 times a week, likely on bdays because my first period is asynchronous so if I run late it won’t interfere with my attending classes. Every week I will increase the amount of time jog by 2 minutes.I will set up an alarm at 6 am on 2 - days and one at 8 am on Saturdays. To motivate myself, I will have my music playlist.this goal is realistic, especially since the weather is starting to get warmer. My sleep schedule has also improved so I will be able to wake up early to go for the morning jog.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My goal is to turn in every assignment at least one day before it is due. On a-days I will prioritize b-day assignments that are due the following day (and vice-versa for b-days). I will take advantage of asynchronous classes to complete homework and other assignments.I will be doing work during my asynchronous period from 8:30-9:50 on a days and from 10:40-1:20 on b days. Then after school i will finish any homework left from 2:30-5:30. I will utilize saturdays for self-care and unwinding because overworking can do more harm than good. And sundays i can get a headstart on upcoming assignments.I will make to-do lists to write down all my assignments whenever I receive them. I know that my phone can be a distraction so I will set app limits. And alarms to remind me to start my homework at a routine time.I also feel more focused when my room is organized. so, every night i will make sure to clean any mess to prepare it for the next day.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I’ve currently been struggling to sleep early and I noticed that the main reason is my phone. I have put my phone on sleep mode from 10pm-7am so that I don’t hear my notifications while I sleep. I stopped taking naps in the afternoon too so that it’s easier for me to sleep in the night. My main goal is that the minimum amount of hours of sleep that I get is 7. I plan on using a planner too so that I organize my school work and myself. I plan on catching up with the current work that is due for every class. I’ll then email all my teachers what work I can make up or do in order to boost up my grade.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My goal is to add more activity into my day instead of just 30 minutes. I want about 30 minutes to 1 hour of activity each day instead of once in a while. I usually walk my dog everyday for about 20-30 minutes but as the weather gets better I’ll begin walking him for 1-2 hours. I recently got my own bike too so I’ll begin using it more as I get used to it. I plan on trying my best to go out and use my bike for at least 30 minutes each day. I am currently going to school in person and I live about 20 minutes away from the school. I’ll begin riding to school when the weather is good. If I’m not able to ride my bike for some reason then I’ll be doing the 20 minute walk from my house to school.</div>]]></description>
