I think the scarecrow is a better firend bc he is funny,kind,cute(like a puppy)and he is the best and he is cute bc he is kind for holding dorthys basket and has a good humor and i said i think not the scarcrow bc he has no brain get it????

In my opinion, Dorothy would make the best friend because she is loyal, 1) if it wasn't for Dorothy, the scarecrow wouldn't even be an option. 2) Dorothy was the one that agreed that the scarecrow could come with her to see Oz. 3) She is very patient with all of the scare crow's questions and answers all her questions.
