         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. The NSW Department of Community Services provide safety and security for families as well as providing assistance in maintaining children's health. It also provides children protection from violence, abuse and other forms of negative outcomes.<br><br>2. Exclude the child away from both adults and place him in medical service and provide adequate needs for the child.</div><div>3. Intelligence Led Policing and Problem Oriented Policing are other agencies which the NSW Community Service can cooperate and identify the issue and examine other issues.</div>]]></description>
