  2. They help the plant grow as red and blue light wavelengths are the best visible light for photosynthesis.

  1. Bacteria will be added to the soil 
  2. Nitrogen is really important for plant growth and plant food. Without enough nitrogen in the plant, it cannot grow taller, or produce enough food. Bacteria will help in catching the nitrogen. 
Solanum tuberosum( potatoes)
  1. They need artificial light to grow. 
  2. Potatoes are sun-lovers, so for best growth they should be planted in an area with full-sun. The red planet is further away from the Sun than the Earth, so it receives less sunlight. This is where the artificial light comes in.
