After all, teachers are important agents in students' success so they are expected to to have multiple competences to be effective and efficient.
During the pandemic the need for efficiency has beeen more timely than ever as teacher roles have been broadened due to constraints faced by both themselves and their students.
It's interesting to gain further insights in such a dynamic field and build on my knowledge.

To elaborate this: In my school there is a very hard working group of teachers, but due to the lack of the ability to communicate in other languages it is very difficult to participate in European programs like e.g. etwinning or ASPnet programs or The British Council programs etc.
So, my question is how the teachers' language competences can be developed? Especially in English, French, Spanish and German, because these are the languages used more.

Language teachers need to be aware of these competences throughout their careers. A recent example is the new teaching situation caused by the covid pandemic where teachers in Greece were expected to develop new competences and adapt their teaching techniques in no time and without the appropriate support and training.
