         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>Penthouse Apartment:<ul><li>Located at the top floor of a building.</li><li>Great views.</li><li>Often have access to rooftop gardens and pools.</li><li>Usually most expensive.</li></ul></li><li>Garden Apartment:<ul><li>Ground floor.</li><li>Can cost less.</li><li>Often able to walk straight out into a garden or onto a lawn.</li></ul></li><li>Efficiency Apartment:<ul><li>Smallest of the apartments.</li><li>Usually everything is in one room with a small bath and kitchen.</li><li>If rooms are divided it is usually by a screen, curtain, or a step.</li><li>Often in large cities where square footage is at a premium price.</li></ul></li><li>Cooperatives:<ul><li>Own your own apartment by buying stock.</li><li>For larger apartment you buy more stock.</li><li>You vote on who you want your neighbors to be.</li></ul></li><li>Condominiums:<ul><li>You own your own separate unit.</li><li>Share the common areas with neighbors.</li><li>The “look” of the outside is determined by a management company.</li></ul></li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>Attached:<ul><li>Townhouse:<ul><li>A home that is attached to adjacent houses.</li><li>Combines the best amenities of single-family home and a condominium.</li><li>Ownership usually includes the townhouse and the land that it is on.</li></ul></li></ul></li><li>Freestanding Site Built:<ul><li>Single-Family (Stick Built):&nbsp;<ul><li>Homes allow the owners to have more privacy.</li><li>Families can have a yard and do not have people living above or belong.</li></ul></li><li>Custom Built:<ul><li>A home that is designed by an architect and built by a contractor to meet the needs of an individual family.</li><li>The home is unique.</li><li>The home is more costly than other homes</li><li>Often takes longer to build.</li></ul></li><li>Owner-Built:<ul><li>The building of the home is supervised by the owner.</li><li>Owners need knowledge of building and lots of personal time and energy.</li><li>The owner can but does not necessarily do their own work.</li></ul></li></ul></li><li>Freestanding Factory Built:<ul><li>Modular:<ul><li>Built in sections.</li><li>Put together on a foundation like a puzzle on property owned by homeowners.</li><li>Benefits include:<ul><li>Does not get rained on during construction.</li><li>Less waste in the building process.</li></ul></li></ul></li><li>Manufactured/Mobile:<ul><li>Homes that are completely built in a factory and moved on wheels to a piece of land that is rented or owned.</li><li>Can be moved to another location.</li><li>Can be single wide or double wide.</li></ul></li></ul></li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>
