<title>Motivation to write is different than motivation to read because motivation to write is more difficult than reading. When writing, there is no one there to push you along and tell you that your sentence structures are making sense. As a writer, you must practice self-efficacy skills and self-monitoring skills. Reading is easier because you can look back over the sentences and see if they make sense to you. When you are reading, it is easier to understand the information being presented. </title>
