There are other substitutions we can use to make our meals healthier. This is helpful to learn about because schools should take into account that students should be eating healthier foods. Schools should think about the food they serve children and if there is too much sodium being consumed.</p>]]></description>

There have been many premature deaths in adults and children that relate to illness from smoking or even second-hand smoking. Experts think increasing taxation on these products or creating stricter laws will help with this issue. This is important to think about as a future educator because you want to teach students to take care of themselves and staying away from habits like smoking is very important.</p>]]></description>

The article also talks about the myths and facts relating to grief. There is also a section that talks about how you can properly deal with grief. Knowing how to support someone dealing with loss or grief is important knowledge to have for any profession. As a teacher we will have students that lose a family member or a pet, students could have to sell their family home or their parents get a divorce, etc. Knowing how to spot someone having a difficult time and having ways to support them is important.</p>]]></description>
