CHICKEN RICE 

 

To start with, first we make the rice white, let´s cook the chicken with tomato and onion, meanwhile let´s we organize the vegetables, we bite the carrot in julienned, after that the onion in small squares, subsequently we take the green bean and the we bite in julienned. Afterwards in a pot, let´s cook put all these ingredients, adding the green pea.

Afterwards we chop the chicken, to mix whit the vegetables. We make a stew, where we add pinch of colour, a tooth garlic, a piece of; basil, coriander and oregano. Let´s cook for 15 minutes.

After that we mix in a large pot, all our ingredients. Last of all, we serve whit sauce of tomato and French fries.
