<title>I have been trained in Circle of Security and our program has been receiving TBRI training. I often struggle with translating the information to parents. I do it in small ways on home visits like wondering with the parent what the underlying need is and making observations about certain behaviors in relation to needs or responses, etc. But sometimes it feels like the parent needs more direct/deeper information but I struggle with a parent friendly way to deliver the information when they are not open to doing the Circle of Security class or more formal information. Especially with the topic of Emotional Regulation when parents struggle with it themselves. Any suggestions on phrases that have worked? I will sometimes use &quot; Those of us with trauma or stressful experiences in our past have to work harder to understand why we respond certain ways to certain emotions.&quot; And that seems to sometimes help not make it so targeted to them. Any other suggestions?</title>

<title>Maybe during the Zoom training, have Katy focus on the comments so you can focus on the content of the presentation to get more material out. Such good information!! The time went so fast.</title>
