This scored me in the healthier than average lifestyle, and the reason I believe I am in this category is because I like working out everyday. I also do three sports, and all of them require to eat healthy. Lastly, I am very close to my family and friends which really benefit my overall health. </div>]]></description>

I was nervous for how long I would be out. So I took some deep breaths, and slowly came back to not risk further injury. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Deep breaths, and long exhalations. <br>- Take long showers.<br>- Do yoga.<br>- Stretch, run, take a nature walk, etc.<br>- Take a nap.<br>A couple of the stress techniques I use are taking deep breaths, stretching, and taking long showers. These all help me decompress and feel better.</div>]]></description>

Another safety aspect you should be concerned about is personal space, because you don't want to be near someone when they're lifting and not paying attention.          <description><![CDATA[<div>The food advertisements that I chose promoted KFC food, and how you can get so much food for a few dollars.<br>Alyssa - Doritos was advertisement. Doritos are addictive, and even goats like them.</div><div>Taryn - Used the Ferris Bueller movie scene to advertise how fast pizza hut delivers.<br>Nicole - Shows a very nice video of how good the new Taco Bell item looks. Also, they showed that the price is very low.<br>Jersey - Taco showed their one dollar menu is such a great deal. It's like the illuminati/this will grab the attention of younger people that know what that is.</div><div>Beth - Gatorade uses celebrities to show how even the best athletes use their drink, and that since they drink it so should you. </div>]]></description>

I was one round off of placing too. However, the peak was definitely being with my family for Christmas, and getting to spend time with my older brother in Disney.</div>]]></description>
