bandora focused on the behaviours of children and developed the idea that when children see a behaviour they might model and mimic it. this is shown in the bobo doll experiment where children watched an adult attack a doll without any sound when the children where then given the doll they mimicked the behaviour and attacked the doll as well suggesting that children mimic the behaviour that they observe around them. this suggests if a child is surrounded by negative behaviour they may model these bad behaviours affecting their welfare and wellbeing as they grow up

I believe that Bandura has a massive effect on modern day education and is the structure for a lot of rules and regulations when working in a school setting. when it comes to teachers there is a lot of pressure for them to only betray good behaviours in front of the children so that they do not pick up bad behaviours from their surrounding adults this is based of the social learning theory. the idea here is that the students model the good behaviour of the people around them in the educational setting and not be motivated to copy the possibly bad behaviours of their peers if they receive negative consequences for that behaviour.
