         <description><![CDATA[<div>Mexico is where the Taco is originated from. Many people don't know when it was invented but researchers believe that it was invented in the 1800's when there was a mine rush in Mexico. They believe this to be the case because the word "taco" would refer to little charges they would use in the mines so they believe they called the taco because of that.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In Costa Rica they developed a new way of making tacos which they are called "Tacos Ticos" which is their interpretation of tacos in Costa Rica. At first they ate it like they do in Mexico but later one middle class worker decided to roll it up and fried it and but sour cream and salsa on top and that became what is known as Tacos Ticos.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Here they are called popusas, they aren't you ordinary tacos is more like a bread filled with what you would put in a taco and this is their interpretation of the taco. Instead of using a tortilla they use a bread which they make and fry and thats how they eat it.</div>]]></description>
