         <description><![CDATA[<div>chinas 1 child only policy was part of a birth planning program it was created to control the size of there population. the program set a limit on the number of children parents could have. more than 500 million births were prevented between 1970 and 2015. 76% of chinese people said that they supported the policy in a 2008 survey. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The one child per family policy is a bit of a misnomer. A better way of phrasing it would <strong>be</strong> a one birth per family policy. Women who give birth to <strong>twins</strong>, triplets, or more aren't penalized in any way. In fact, the restriction to a single birth is only strictly enforced in densely-populated areas. Therefor Woman In china today are not aloud to have more then 1 child.</div>]]></description>
