The British continued to stand guard to protect the colonists from Indian attacks. The be able to pay for this army, Prime Minister George Grenville asked Parliament if they could start taxing the colonists.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>On March 5, 1770, after a British soldier and a colonists got in to an argument, a group of soldiers and colonists gathered and starting fighting. The soldiers suddenly shot into the crowd killing five men, including African American Crispus Attucks. Colonists marked this as the Boston Massacre.</div>]]></description>
