1. Full darkness, no stars* 
Another issue is that persons that are a member of the OCLC service will have troubles with a customer. Customers are librarians—intelligent, service-oriented, and wonderfully pleasant—as a business-to-business corporation. Similarly, the support groups are staffed with product and industry professionals that really enjoy issue solving. They're also quite excellent at "location." They help members wherever it's most convenient for them, whether that's consulting at their institutions, attending user-group meetings and forums, or answering queries online, via email, phone, through our community center, or through social media. However, since they started utilizing OCLC a couple years ago, I've been focusing on the third leg of that tripod: procedure. Libraries now understand customer service as well as anybody else, and they realize that speaking to one person in a huge corporation does not guarantee that information is quickly sent to the "correct" person at that organization. This is when the method comes into play.

2. Live long and cultivate (relationships) - People that use OCLC are currently experiencing SPOC issues (Single Points of Contact). Almost everyone who wants to be a member of OCLC claims they want to conduct business with Paradox. As a result, the difficulty is that "one location" is different for each client. For members with decades of OCLC experience, that "one spot" is frequently the OCLC staff member they know best. That's fantastic from a "people" standpoint. Muslims recited the Quran simultaneously for an hour as part of this initiative throughout Malaysia. The program's goal was to help participants enjoy Quran reading in a straightforward and carefree way. All Malaysian libraries participated in the initiative, along with other interested parties such government agencies, statutory bodies, businesses, non-governmental organisations, mosques, and members of the general public and educational institutions.

NLM has made minor repairs to the building during 2012, improved the amenities for the employees and library patrons, and landscaped the surrounding area.



3. MALAYSIANA SERVICES

5. LENDING DIVISION

The Lending Division offers top-notch lending services and runs programmes and events aimed at encouraging readers among library patrons. These initiatives are in keeping with NLM's ideology, which is to elevate the tradition of knowledge and create Malaysians who love reading and learning through lifelong learning. The Loan Division worked to strengthen lending collection services and offer high-quality lending services in an effort to meet the division's goals. The Technical Operation Division, which provided the most recent and new books, also consistently provided the Lending Division with full support, helping to ensure an effective and efficient service. The Lending Division administers well-planned reading incentive programmes in addition to offering book lending services, among other things. These reading exercises are stepped up, especially for kids.


6. NATIONAL DIGITAL LIBRARY SERVICES (PERDANA)

The NLM is in charge of setting up simple and quick access to the collections in order to deliver information services at the national and international levels. The National Library of Medicine (NLM) implemented a number of initiatives to increase and improve access to library information sources, such as the National Digital Library System (PERDANA) and Ubiquitous Library Pioneer Project (u-Pustaka) Services, in line with ICT advancement and the government's passion to build a knowledge-based economy. An example of a PERDANA project is MyLib. It is a gateway that was established in the year 2000 that offers library users around the nation access to materials in the form of online digital databases for research, education, and reference needs.

In addition, there is the National Union Catalogue (NUC), one of the resource-sharing programmes offered by Malaysian libraries. NLM provides hosting and upkeep for it. In essence, this online service gives users access to detailed information sources on Malaysian library materials for use by researchers, librarians, and members of the public. On the NLM website, you can access the Electronic Resources Portal. The portal compiles all of the electronic resources and materials offered by NLM, such as the subscribed databases services, NLM publications, and a few Malaysiana Collections, such as the Malay Manuscript, Rare Book, and Private Collection, which have been digitalized and connected to other electronic resources both domestically and abroad. Encyclopedia Britannica Online, World e-book Library, Credo Reference, EbscoHost, eBrary, BLIS, Overdrive, Zinio, iGLibrary, Library Pressdisplay, and Emerald are a few of the databases services. After registering as online members, all Malaysian nationals have access to these services. Direct registration through the site is available for no cost.



8. DIGITAL SEVICES DIVISION

Digital Services is a service that uses both electronic sources and information and communications technology (ICT). The services offered include the Cyber Zone Service, the Adults Hypermedia Service, and the Children Hypermedia Service. Access to Interactive Learning collections, audio-visual services, Internet services, commercial databases, social networking websites, e-mail, and allowed information downloads were a few of the services used. Other services included local film screening programmes, Astro television channels like National Geographic, ESPN, Animal Planet, and Astro Ceria, as well as access to commercial databases.
