They also limit freedom of speech, assembly, and the press.</p><p>This type of government is the worst government that you could possibly have  because what ever the ruler says has to be done.&nbsp;</p><p>One country and the only country that has a dictator is North Korea </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The most popular government would have to be Republic. I&nbsp;think this because it&nbsp;gives a representative that that they got to&nbsp;chose for. And another reason why it might be the most popular one is because the government at least wants&nbsp;to give the people a chance&nbsp;to speak about what's wrong with their town, or city. For example Nepal and&nbsp;Central Africa&nbsp;is a Republic.</p>]]></description>
