Firstly, we discussed about numbers in our daily life. I asked for my students to think where we can see numbers out of school. Secondly, we searched numbers in our classroom and then, we went around the school and we searched for every type of numbers. We found out many objects with numbers, such as clocks, posters, games and lists with prices of our canteen, that exists in our school. Students were very interested in that activity and they discovered that numbers are everywhere. Unfortunatelly, we haven't the chance to go out of our school, because is far away from the village.

After we found numbers in classroom, we went to a walk around school and look for numbers there. We also visited local shop and bought everything for christmas cookies. For homework they had to write or draw objects at home that have numbers. We repeated everything that we learned about numbers in everyday life and googled different pictures that students glued in notebooks. in the picture are the objects that students found online and pick to have it in notebooks.

They discovered them in a calendar, in a clock, on a geometry tools, on a calculator, in the number of planets in their solar system model, in the number of players in table football, in the address of our school, in the number of students in class, in their grades, and even in the Christmas tree. My students have looked around the classroom and outside the classroom and found that numbers are everywhere.
