Repetition also helps find the melody in a song as well. As an important musical element its very important to have repetition because it makes the song catchy as well as to set up a nice melody with it. I do agree with Ratliff’s arguments regarding this musical element because you do need to have repetition music. In the song We R Who We R by kasha is a great piece of music in Ratliff’s playlist because it shows the repetition in the music as long with a great melody.
