1-Explain the task-  my about me presentation, this is where you speak about yourself and allow others to learn more about you
2-How did this develop your communication skills? it made me be able to talk to others and tell them about myself with confidence
3- What went well?  being able to confidently tell people about it and give them a clear understanding on who i am as a person
4- What could you improve?  i could give more eye contact so people feel like i am talking to them as well as the same people

1-Explain the task- having an interview by chris
2-How did this develop your communication skills? it helped me learn how to talk to new people as i didnt know chris and he was really nice so it wasnt as bad as i thought
3- What went well? we understood each other and i confidently spoke to him without being too shy
4- What could you improve?  i could create more conversations as i find a lot of people having to talk to me first

1-Explain the task-  i work in a warehouse and package parcels
2-How did this develop your communication skills? a lot of people come and collect parcels so i have to help them and show them where it is
3- What went well? being able to effectively talk to others
4- What could you improve?  going panicky and struggling to find the parcels they want
