This manmade island took 20+ years to build and houses a powerful ally for the west, Symeria.  Their conflict of note was during the Cuban Missile Crisis during its dark times and relations with Russia. The GCE then split up into many other countries, such as Serris, Northeri, Ottomanius, etc. Carmogathy was reformed on August 22nd, 1793 in the Area of the Italian peninsula. Then, many other nations such as spain, greece and albania joined as a confederation. During the colonization of africa, they had taken the Spanish Sahara, but was never released after Insurgents ignited terrorism their for decades. Carmogathy is a Democratic Republic with an Emissary for foreign relations and superivision of the President.
