1. Choose a Meal that interests you

2. Research and analyse your Meal using the three evaluation lenses:

   • Nutritional values: Compare the meal against the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating. Note which food groups are present or missing.

   • Value for Money: Estimate cost per serving (look up prices if unsure).

   • Sustainability : Research where the ingredients come from and consider the environmental footprint.

3. Create a post :

   • Use the Meal Name as the post title.

   • Fill in each of the three lens fields with their findings.
