I think the related concept is perspective since in this comic strip you see the people's perspective on the president.

The people who are leaders usually study in private schools which is represented by the water fountain and the people who are employed are represented by a drinking water machine which is simpler, I think it presents the inequality that may exist in some schools. I feel that the related concept that is quite related is representation since it represents an unequal society where we see how your future depends largely on the education you receive.
