  1. Many of last year’s concerns were met (materials, textbooks, access to copiers.
We do have some concerns and we want to address them.
  1. Cleanliness
        A.  First, what are your suggestions? Form small groups and hear concerns/listen and respond.
              i. What are the things you notice? (Sometimes its the little things)
        B. Train students to be better caretakers of the facility (and give/assign jobs across the school incl. lunch detention)
        C.  We have restructured/made some investments in our staff/personnel for room and cleanliness, but we will continue to need/solicit your help with kids.

        A. We have allotted a greater amount of budget to getting new equipment (equally amongst departments as needed)
        B.  SAC Funds, Conversation about how they’re allocating funds?    
C. Teach them ways to download/rip technology so that internet isn’t relied upon.

- Take 20 minutes in staff orientation on brainstorming ways to create parents buy-in as well as incentivize a staff of up to 5 members to create an action plan on a later date (with admin member facilitating the first couple meetings and acting as a guide for future advice).
