1) Ask for permission before using colleagues' resources and acknowledge/credit them.

2) Be polite; say please and thank you to colleagues and not take them for granted. Extend the courtesy to whatsapp messages so that you will not sound kurt, hurtful or unfriendly.

(Don't just use "Noted".)

3) Lead by example to sing national anthem/school song , and take the pledge.

4) Ensure that the classroom is handed over to the next teacher in good condition. (Don't leave rubbish on teachers' table.)

5) Don't have your own conversations / do your own personal work when fellow colleagues are presenting during Contact Time.

6) Clean any common appliances after use and keep the sink area clean and dry after usage.

7) Hand over classes on time. Don't overrun on your exciting lessons. :)

8) For PE classes, may we appeal to allow the children to wash their hands, go toilet, fill up water bottles before coming back to class ? Thank you! (90 degree bow)

Example 1: When setting exam papers, Teachers should not practice the test questions to boost pupils' success. Especially their own subject classes.

Example 2: When Teachers work together they should give credit to their peer teachers for contribution. Acknowledge and give credit.

Example 3: When communicating with parents, it is important to standby moral principals and work towards the betterment of the pupils welfare.

Example 4: When marking exam papers, teachers to be fair and not practice any form of favoritism.

• Maintain calmness even when dealing with difficult pupils. Can still be scolding but it has to be within reason.

• Be willing to receive constructive feedback positively. Don't take it too heavily on yourself, can still work on it while staying true to your own ways.

• Do not take setbacks too heavily. Take a deep breath and step back first and we may be able to view the issue in a different light

• Must acknowledge that everyone is different and have their own unique ways. So don't take things too personally. Must be respectful to everyone.

• Continually finding ways to refine your pedagocial methods even when it fails. Take time to slowly fine tune it and you can find success with new methods.

1. Clean shared appliances (e.g. microwave / oven) after use — leave it clean for the next person.

2. Report faulty equipment immediately (e.g. photocopy machine) upon discovery.

3. Return borrowed items (e.g. laminating machine / cutter) to their original place after use.

4. Refill shared supplies when you finish them (e.g. paper in the printer).

5. Switch off lights, fan, and equipment when not in use, of the classroom.

6. Be punctual for CT / PD / lessons

7. Give information as soon as possible, for all to make prior arrangement & be prepared.

8. Pay attention / be focused when presenter is talking. Refrain from multi-tasking.
