To keep the tides from swallowing our future whole 
To make sure the rich history of our nation is preserves 
where our nation's death rate has exceeded its birth rate 
Where we hear  the cries of children who don't have enough to eat
Where live in fear in our own homes
Where our water has become so contaminated that our fish cannot survive 
Tell them that Australia , America and every other country that turns a blind eye is at fault 
Tell them that we don't want sweet words we want change
Tell them that we want to stop fighting for our land when we should've never had to fight to begin with .
Tell them we need the world to come together .
We are not willing to drown.
