         <title>RUGBY
Strength is important, in rugby you will need strength mainly in the upper body. The muscles used will be deltoids, biceps, triceps, pectorals, trapezius. You need the upper body strength to be able to tackle and drive the ball threw defenders. You will also need strength during a line out. You will need whole body strength during a scrum.

To increase strength in arms you can use biceps curls, bench press, seated row, triceps dip, chest press, Lat pull down and squat. </title>
