It has been a great pleasure working with you over the years.  Thinking back to our first meeting working in the hospital, the compassion you showed for every patient you came across.  As our paths crossed again a few years later I was able to have you as a manager and see that same compassion put into our team.  I want to thank you for all the opportunities you have given me to help me succeed on this team. I wish you all the best in your next adventure and I am sure you will show the same compassion I have seen in the past.

It's hard to believe you are moving on.  You hired me twice!! :)  Thank you for taking a chance on me the first time and for welcoming me back a second time.  The people on this team are what I missed the most during my time away from Lahey, and you are the one who assembled them all.  You've left your mark and you will definitely be missed.
