He's seen some traumatic scenes while in the ER, so he created KAVI (Kings Against Violence Initiative).  It's a program that has 250 young people talking about what they've seen and what's been happening with them and ask questions to each other on problems happening around them. Dr. Gore has been doing this since 2009. Also, KAVI is a school and Violence intervention program.
