For me this is very important. Most of the people believe that they need the ideal environment, the ideal opportunity that comes to their way, in order to do something different.

Initiatives does not has to do with success and money but has to do with freedom from any fear and the desire to do things to work properly.

Planning and management.

If someone decide to go for vacation but he/she does not know where, by which transport mode, how money has to spent, how many days etc. it is not possible to go for vacation.

All things from simplest one to more complicate need a plan and then need the way that we can manage this plan in order to succeed our goal.

Planning and management: although I know I have a lot of good and creative ideas, I realize that good planning, setting up achievable goals and organizing a feasible path to achieve them is the aspect I have most difficulties with. Organizing is not in my "chords", but a clear roadmap of the work to be done can prove the turning point for a good project (and the explanation of a partial success).
