Professional -   As a nurse we should provide safe, competent, compassionate and ethical care by using our knowledge and professional skills in a way that we are able to help our patient  not only physically but also emotionally.

Therapeutic - It is always the nurse's responsibility to create and maintain communication with the patient, regardless behavior of the patient.
