         <description><![CDATA[<div>*He was Chancellor, then Fuehrer, not President.<br>*I assume you mean whether World War II would have happened, as I am not sure what you mean by its events.<br>I do not know that there is an answer to your question, though it is a good one... I regard Hitler as the composer who made all the instruments (e.g. Antisemitism, Great Depression, Treaty of Versailles,...) come together to produce World War II. The instruments were there. The composer had to have the genius to combine them. Do you think another person could have done that? Seems likely...</div>]]></description>
