It is important to respect mentors, teachers, coaches, and administration because,  they are trying to help you and the demarcation (n.) for the future. They want to see you succeed.

And when we asked whether people would encourage their children to become teachers, just
20 percent of Germans and 25 per cent of British people said that they definitely would."
I'm not surprised about these statistics because of knowing the opinion of the general population.

Your teachers are preparing you for the future.
All of my classes from English to Debate, prepare me for the future with the help of my teachers.
Your teachers have to put up with you and your classmates.
When 75% of the class is talking over each other, Ms. Zacharias has to put up with it and ask them to be quiet.
They care about your future​.
Last year, Mr. Grady would always give us college tips, etc.
