There are three ways that the house can vote.
1.voice vote. The Speaker of the House asks the Representatives who  approve the bill to say “aye” and those who do not say “no.”
2.They can do a stand up count by letting the speaker of the house count all the people who approve the bill by them standing up and people will sit down if they oppose.
