         <description><![CDATA[<div>The 7th step is about voting on if the bill will be passed on or not by the House of Representatives.<br>There are three ways that the house can vote.<br>1.voice vote. The Speaker of the House asks the Representatives who  approve the bill to say “aye” and those who do not say “no.”<br>2.They can do a stand up count by letting the speaker of the house count all the people who approve the bill by them standing up and people will sit down if they oppose.<br>3.The Representatives can count their own vote using an electronic system by either puting in a yes or a no.</div>]]></description>

When introduced, a bill clerk will assign the bill a number starting with H.R. A reading clerk will then read it aloud to the Representatives. The Speaker of the House will then send it to one of the House standing commities</div>]]></description>
