  • Hvad er tavshedspligt? 
    • Alle sundhedspersoner er omfattet af tavshedspligten.  
    At have tavshedspligt betyder, at man ikke må videregive oplysninger om de mennesker, man har haft med at gøre i sit arbejde.
    Tavshedpligt starter fra man er ansat og ophøre aldrig hellere ikke efter ansættelsen er ophørt. 
    En sundhedsperson må således ikke videregive oplysninger om en patients helbred og andre fortrolige oplysninger uden patientens samtykke. 
    Tavshedspligten omfatter for eksempel oplysninger om diagnoser, undersøgelser, indlæggelser, behandling, psykiske eller sociale problemer.  
    Alle oplysninger er fortrolige, pårørende kan således kun blive informeret om patientens tilstand, hvis patienten har givet samtykke til, at de må orienteres.  
    Tavshedpligt starter fra man er ansat og ophøre aldrig hellere ikke efter ansættelsen er ophørt.

    Aicha har haft et brud på hoften og såret efter operationen, skal plejes og tilses af en sygeplejerske/SSA. 

    Aicha giver udtryk for at hun ikke ønsker at nogen rør ved dette og vil have at det heler af sig selv. Grundet helbreds- og sundhedsmæssige årsager, er det vigtigt at det bliver renset og plejet rigtigt, så der ikke går infektion i. Det har været nødvendigt at søge om magtanvendelse af denne grund.

Sundhedspersonalet kan søge om evt. midlertidig tilladelse til magtanvendelse ifølge reglerne i Bekendtgørelse om magtanvendelse. Alle former for magtanvendelse skal registeret og indberettes.
