She recognized the young man to be her neighbor. She knows his face but doesn't really know him.

He doesn't really know him but he saw him before because he is his neighbor.

On the way to work, flying golden narwhal, man saw narwhal and got confused and hit something. 

Saw the hit and run but couldn't see the driver.

There was a cat in the middle of the road, guy in neighborhood, saw cat and stopped to help it and hit the guy and drove away.

She refused to give details about this person she saw.

Saw a suspicious man or women breaking into his best friends house

He recognized the person as his ex girlfriend. He was going to attempt to get back together with her, but changed his mind.

He saw his neighbor break into his best friends house.

Witness said she didnt like them so she sold them out.

Multiple witnesses have said that they know he is their neighbor but have never spoke to him. Also was the brother of a witnesses best friend.

Inconclusive of who it is.
