AHP research and journal articles are important to hear diverse research in Primary Care. On the back if the conversation about BMJ being a “Doctors Journal” how do we diversify subsmission when Paramedics use the Paramedic Practice Journal, Nurses (congratulations on your protected title finally!) deliver to Journal of Nursing and so on…?

Should we be encouraging focussed publication to highlight professional-specific work or publication in non-orthodox journals to promote diversity and avoid “the BMJ is just for doctors”

How do we support innovation on a smaller scale? e.g. within medical specialties and clinical teams, where a simple solution such as implementing a new technology or programme may really help streamline operations but due to the tight budgets and intense bureaucratic process of business cases etc (which are often turned down) it is an incredibly difficult process and puts people off trying?
